Shipping Policy

We work with several trusted production partners to bring your Bricktales items to life. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and produced specifically for you. Please allow an estimated 2–7 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location but typically range from 7–15 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Multiple Items

If your order includes more than one item, you may receive multiple packages. Our products are made in different facilities, which can result in separate shipments.

Address Changes

If you made a mistake in your shipping address, please email us at support@bricktales.store within 2 hours of placing your order. 

Responsibility

Bricktales will not be responsible for any delays caused by postal services, shipping companies, natural disasters, or packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
