Custom and Print on Demand Products

Due to the custom nature of our Print on Demand process, all sales for these items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, an incorrect item was shipped, or there is a misprint on our part. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll promptly arrange for a replacement.

If your return is approved (for eligible non-custom products only), we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and Issues
